Memberships at One On One Fitness in Folsom

Worried about getting hurt at the gym?

Every membership starts with a fitness check and an orientation, so your trainer knows where you’re starting before you use the equipment. If you have an old injury or a surgery behind you, we adjust your exercise to what your body can do today. Memberships start at $45 a month.

Gym and aquatic memberships

Every membership includes the gym, open pool time to swim on your own, and balance classes. Add an aquatic class if you want one. Every membership has a signed agreement and a one time $29 enrollment fee. Couple prices are for two people who live in the same household. See pool times →

Every membership starts with a fitness check

Your first appointment is one hour with a personal trainer. The first 30 minutes is a fitness check of your endurance, flexibility, balance, and upper and lower body strength. The next 30 minutes is an orientation to the cardio and strength equipment. It’s included with every membership at no extra cost.

What your membership includes

  • Trainers who each have a specialty, most with 25 to more than 40 years of experience
  • Exercise adjusted for past injuries and limits
  • The 89 degree indoor pool during open pool time
  • Balance classes three days a week
  • A fitness check and equipment orientation to start
  • With your permission, our trainers work with your physical therapist, doctor or chiropractor

If you’ve had a recent injury, or an old one has kept you from exercising, you don’t have to figure it out alone on a busy gym floor. Our trainers build a program around what your body can do today and add to it as you get stronger.
