Membership Freeze Form
FREEZE TERMS:
Members have the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. A $20 freeze fee applies for each month the membership is on hold, instead of the regular monthly dues. Management must approve any freeze longer than three months in writing.
FREEZE REQUESTS:
Submit a written request to freeze your membership.
FREEZE PERIOD AND ACCESS:
Freezes last at least one month and begin with the next billing cycle. Policy does not allow mid-month freeze starts. Members will not have access to club facilities, services, or benefits while their membership is frozen.
CANCELLATION DURING FREEZE:
If a member wishes to cancel their membership while it is frozen, they must follow the standard cancellation policy, including providing 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing date. Membership will remain valid for 30 days following notification, during which standard dues will continue to apply.
REACTIVATION:
Membership automatically resumes after freeze period (1 to 3 months) ends. No extra charges apply when reactivating and standard monthly fees will continue as before.
